Hi everyone,
Welcome to my blog. As you may know I'm a very passionate Functional Movement Reflexologist and Barefoot Training Specialist. I'm not the greatest writer so please bear with me in this first post and in the beginning of this awareness adventure. Hopefully it will be fun and helpful.
In my practice I pay special attention to foot function , the way my clients move and walk, and how that relates to the foot reflexes. After all, feet are our only point of contact with ground and they are the foundation to all our body weight while standing and moving.
Because the foot is such a complex structure of 26 bones, 33 joints, 19 muscles and 107 ligaments, and one of the richest nerve structures in the body, it makes all the sense in the world (or at least to me) to work the foot reflexes not only through a Reflexology Treatments but also through restoring and strengthening the foot.
That's why I created a list of recommended products to help my clients and blog readers on their journey to foot health and general wellbeing. This post is just intended to be a resource list.
In future blog posts I will go deeper into why I chose the these particular products, how to use them, their benefits and reviews. In the meantime feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
